How to register, how long does it take, who is eligible, etc.

Registering for an account on Treadwell Stanton DuPont allows you to view your previously purchased portfolio (chart) information or acquire a subscription. A subscription is required to purchase charts.

The online application should take no more than 2 minutes to complete. However, each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be manually approved by us —usually within a few hours— as there are less than 150 accounts currently available from a total of 325 accounts.

An account activation email is usually sent within 5 minutes. Please remember to check your spam folder regularly; however, if more than 5 minutes have elapsed, please contact us immediately.

An account cannot be activated by an administrator unless you first receive an account activation email and successfully self-activate your account.

This is by design. Having too many accounts and too many investors all buying, selling or holding the same securities all at once can effectively —and negatively— influence the market. There are currently 146 accounts available as of this time. This number is updated regularly.

Thus, any TSD account which has not acquired a subscription for over 3 (three) months will be automatically blocked and thereafter closed 15 (fifteen) days later to make way for other investors.

Anyone (person or firm) is eligible to open an account, provided you are 18 years of age or older (21 in some jurisdictions) and are legally able to enter into a contract. You must also accept the Terms and Conditions during registration.

Please be advised each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be manually approved by us —usually within a few hours— as there are less than 150 accounts available.

No. Anyone anywhere can register for an account. Please be advised that only accounts opened from countries white-listed by PayPal will be able to acquire subscriptions and/or purchase portfolios (charts).

Yes. There are only a limited amount of accounts available at any given time; thus any TSD account which has not acquired a subscription for over 3 (three) months will be automatically blocked and thereafter closed 15 (fifteen) days later.

Registering for, and opening a Treadwell Stanton DuPont account is free.

If none of the above works, you will need to get in touch with us.

There are two likely reasons:

  • You are using special characters
    • Special characters (such as !@#$) or spaces are not allowed.
  • The username is already taken
    • The TSD platform will not allow you to register with a username that is already in use.

If none of the above works, you will need to get in touch with us.

There are three likely reasons:

  • The email address is different from the confirm email address
    • Make sure both are identical
  • The email address is not properly formatted
    • Convert the email address to a valid form. Examples of valid email addresses:
      • simple@example.com
      • very.common@example.com
      • fully-qualified-domain@example.com
      • x@nospam.example.com
      • example-indeed@strange-example.com
  • The email address is already taken
    • The TSD platform will not allow you to register with an email address that is already in use.

If none of the above works, you will need to get in touch with us.

The password that you enter during the registration process must meet each of the following requirements in order to be accepted by the TSD platform:

  • At least 1 capital letter (such as A, B, C)
  • At least 1 lower case letter (such as a, b, c)
  • At least 1 number (such as 1, 2, 3)
  • At least 1 special character (such as !@#$)
  • At least 8 characters in length

Please note that while your password may be qualified as strong on the registration form, it would still need to meet the criteria above for it to be accepted by the Treadwell Stanton DuPont website.

Passwords must have a minimum length of 8 characters, including at least one number, one special character (such as !@#$) and one capital letter.

Payment options, credit card details, orders, etc.

A subscription allows you to acquire charts and build a portfolio. Without a subscription, you can only view charts that are still in scope in your portfolio that were purchased when you were a subscriber.

There is only one subscription package available at present:

  • TSD Monthly Membership
1 month access to acquire forecast charts
    Price: US$974.97
    Auto-renew/Recurring: Yes

There are three ways:

  • You will need to login to your PayPal account, find the recurring subscription (preapproved payment) and cancel it.
  • Contact us and request that your subscription be cancelled. You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing date.
  • Send us an e-mail at subscriptions@treadwell-stanton.com with your request for cancellation. You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing date.

Please note that automatic renewal subscriptions are non-refundable so when you cancel, we’ll stop billing from your next payment cycle. You can notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, preferrably with at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing date – the cancellation will then become effective at the end of your current billing period so you can continue to enjoy full access and benefits until then.

Your previously purchased charts, if still in scope, will continue to be visible within your portfolio; however, you will not be able to acquire new charts. You will also still be able to view up to the last 6 months of your order history, regardless of status.

We generally prefer PayPal for subscriptions; however, we also do accept bitcoin, but you will need to contact us first.

We might also add new payment options in the future if the need arises.

No. Your subscription payment is processed directly by PayPal and as such, Treadwell Stanton DuPont does not have access to your credit or debit card information.

Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to transfer a subscription to another account. This also includes transferring your acquired charts to another account.

Sometimes, a payment may take a little longer to process than others due to various reasons, including verification, etc.

Please get in touch with us so we may investigate further for you. Please include your invoice / transaction ID and your on-site username.

You may find a list of subscription payments in your Profile page by selecting the Subscriptions tab.

Yes. Any previously purchased charts, if still in scope, will continue to be visible within your portfolio even if your subscription has expired.

Menu options, charts, saving a portfolio, etc.

The 5 options are: US Stocks, Global Stocks, Mutual Funds, ETFs and All Stocks and Funds. It is just a way to organize your purchased charts (portfolio) into smaller, manageable parts. The last option will show your full portfolio, organized by type.

For example, if you purchased 4 US Stocks charts and 2 ETF charts, then the first 4 will show up, when in scope, in the US Stocks option and the last 2 will show up in the ETFs option. All 6 will also show up in the All Stocks and Funds option, organized by type.

Charts will only show up in your portfolio if they are in scope, according to the following timeline:

portfolio timeline

Yes. By ticking the Remember portfolio checkbox before clicking the Place Order button, you can save up two different portfolios (one each in the All Stocks and Funds A and All Stocks and Funds B menu options in the My Account | Acquire menu section).

Trend plots, etc.

Price Forecasting and Trend Prediction render slightly different results due to the way in which they use available data. Our EMA Trend Predictor uses NEBULA4's output and further processes the prediction data using state-of-the-art statistical analysis algorithms.

EMA Trend Predictor provides a different insight because it is able to extract finer trend detail using advanced finite impulse response filters. The result is a smoother curve but with greater trend resolution.
