Payment options, credit card details, orders, etc.
A subscription allows you to acquire charts and build a portfolio. Without a subscription, you can only view charts that are still in scope in your portfolio that were purchased when you were a subscriber.
There is only one subscription package available at present:
- TSD Monthly Membership
1 month access to acquire forecast charts
There are three ways:
- You will need to login to your PayPal account, find the recurring subscription (preapproved payment) and cancel it.
- Contact us and request that your subscription be cancelled. You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing date.
- Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for cancellation. You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing date.
Please note that automatic renewal subscriptions are non-refundable so when you cancel, we’ll stop billing from your next payment cycle. You can notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, preferrably with at least 72 hours in advance of your next billing date – the cancellation will then become effective at the end of your current billing period so you can continue to enjoy full access and benefits until then.
Your previously purchased charts, if still in scope, will continue to be visible within your portfolio; however, you will not be able to acquire new charts. You will also still be able to view up to the last 6 months of your order history, regardless of status.
At present, we only accept PayPal for subscriptions. We might add new payment options in the future if the need arises.
No. Your subscription payment is processed directly by PayPal and as such, Treadwell Stanton DuPont does not have access to your credit or debit card information.
Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to transfer a subscription to another account. This also includes transferring your acquired charts to another account.
Sometimes, a payment may take a little longer to process than others due to various reasons, including verification, etc.
Please get in touch with us so we may investigate further for you. Please include your invoice / transaction ID and your on-site username.
You may find a list of subscription payments in your Profile page by selecting the Subscriptions tab.
Yes. Any previously purchased charts, if still in scope, will continue to be visible within your portfolio even if your subscription has expired.
